मान बस उसे ही देख रहा था उसने कुछ भी नहीं कहा तो अंजली ने फिर से कहा–" क्या हुआ बुरा लगा?"
अंजली की बात ने मान को शांत कर दिया था उसने एक नजर अंजली को देखा और कहा–" तुम उन सब को भूल क्यों नहीं जाती अंजली!"
" कुछ जख्म गहरे होते है जिन्हें भूलना आसान नहीं होता और तुम्हे मेरी फिक्र करने की जरूरत नहीं है, इतना बोल वो चेयर से उठी और आगे से निकलने को हुई की उसका पैर टेबल से लगा और वो सीधा मान के ऊपर जाकर गिरी!"
